Here are a few suggestions for other family guided learning walks in the Peak District that we can arrange for you.
Lathkill Dale near Bakewell - a beautiful 6 mile (10km) circuit following the River Lathkill to its movable source, which may be a spring or exploding from a cave after heavy rainfall. It is an excellent family friendly walk past azure blue pools, waterfalls and caves to spot wildlife in the Nature Reserve and understand how the river was used for centuries in lead mining.
Carsington Water - this 7 mile (12km) guided walk around the lake is enhanced with our team-building activities en route.
The Roaches (near Leek) - enjoy spectacular views of Staffordshire as we explain the geology of the area and take part in our team-building games. We may even be able to find some edible plants as well as some carnivorous plants too!
Kinder Scout - this guided walk takes you to Derbyshire's only real mountain. We take you to the unique rock formations, through the beautiful summer heather to spot moorland flora and fauna.
Dovedale and its famous Stepping Stones can easily be arranged for you.
Thor's Cave and the Manifold Valley is a hidden gem of a riverside walk that can be tailored to suit your time and energy.
